To activate sleep mode in Windows, you can follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Start” button in the bottom left corner of your screen.
2. Click on the power icon, which looks like a circle with a line through it.
3. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on the “Sleep” option.

Alternatively, you can use keyboard shortcuts to activate sleep mode:

2. Press the right arrow key to highlight the power icon.
3. Press the “Enter” key to open the power options menu.
