Galaxy S20 And Galaxy S20+ Plus: How To Remove Password Screen Lock

There are several ways to remove the password lock from a Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+ Plus. One method does not require that the Galaxy S20 must be reset to factory settings. The other will force the Galaxy S20 to be factory erased. This will remove the lock from the Galaxy S20+ Plus. This guide will show you how to get around the Galaxy S20’s password screen lock.

Factory Reset Device

If neither of the methods mentioned above worked to remove the password screen from the Galaxy S20 or Galaxy S20+ Plus, then you could try a factory restore. All personal information will be deleted from the phone after a factory restore. The phone will then return to its original settings.

Use Google account manager

Connect to the Internet and sign in to your Google Account that is associated to the Galaxy S20. This method will not work if the device is connected to a WiFi network you have previously used.

Click the Backup Pin

To bypass the password lock, create a backup pin by entering it into the phone.
