Others have suggested that text messages from the iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro are not being sent. Two different problems are causing your iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro to not receive text messages.
First, the Apple iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro cannot receive SMS or texts from anyone who sends a message from an Android phone. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro have a problem with text messages. If you used iMessage on an iPhone, and then transferred your SIM card onto an iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro, these two issues will be encountered. If you forgot to activate iMessage before using your SIM card on iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro, others will still be able to use iMessage to send you messages.
