If you keep getting the “Cannot get mail” error on your iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro, we will explain how to fix it below. This error occurs when your iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro attempts to retrieve new mails from Microsoft Exchange. The error message “Cannot get Mail, The server connection failed” appears.
Enter Account Passwords
After you reset your mail password on desktop, this may have caused an issue with your iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro.
On your iOS device, go to Settings -> Mail -> Contacts -> Calendar -> Account->Password.
Enter your new password by selecting the Password option. You might be asked to log in to make the change on your iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro. Logging in to your account will prompt you to update your email password, and refresh your email messages.
Notification: If the prompt does not appear, you can try again 2 or 3.
Retest the connection to confirm that it is working by changing the password of your Yahoo or Microsoft Exchange email account.
Move mail to different inboxes
All mails should be moved from the inbox to a temporary folder or another folder on the server.
Microsoft Exchange Security Settings
Open Active Directory Users & Computer
Find the mail account by right clicking it and select Properties
Choose Security tab. Next, choose Advanced.
Check the box “Include inheritable rights from this object’s mother”.
Turn off the cloud. Reset your password and go back to all mail accounts.
Enable the “Airplane Mode” in settings. Then disable it.
Delete the account. Then create a new one.
Reset Network settings via Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.
Just change the field “Mail Days to Sync” to “No Limit”.
