Go to that image you wish to save
Tap and hold that image.
Select on Save Image.
How to Save Image From Text Message on iPhone 13 & iPhone 13 Pro
Go to the text message with your photo to save.
Click on the image to bring up the full-screen version.
Click on the small box icon that has a line going up
Select Save Image, and the photo will be saved in the Photo Gallery.
Once an image is saved to the Photo app for the iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro, it can be shared using another app on your smartphone.
